Microlight flights offer unique, uninhabited and literally breath-taking views of the Falls and the spectacular gorge that the Zambezi has carved into the surrounding landscape over many thousands of years. General Information
Minimum 1 pax – maximum 24 pax in the morning and 14 pax in the afternoon (flying separately)
Minimum age is 12 however if a child is younger but big enough to fit into the harness then they may be permitted to fly. This is at the Company’s discretion.
There is no child rate
Maximum weight of a passenger is 100kg
No cameras, loose clothing or shoes are allowed for safety reasons
Flights begin at 6h30 and end at 09h30 in the morning and start again at 15h00 and end at last light depending on the weather.
A 12 minute flight will take you over the Zambezi River and onwards to The Victoria Falls circle over the Falls and the islands then return
A 25 minute flight will take you over the Zambezi River and onwards to The Victoria Falls circle over the Falls and the islands. Fly upstream along the Zambezi River to Kalai Island, low level over the Mosi-oa- Tunya Zoological Park for possible game viewing
A camera is mounted on the microlights and guests may purchase pictures from the operator if they wish after the flight
Guests are not allowed to wear hat/caps or sunglasses

Pick up is from 06h30 in the morning or after 15h00in the afternoon from the Day Activity Centre, Zambezi Sun and the Royal Livingstone hotel receptions As flights are weather permitting – return times to the hotel are variable
